LifeLab Integrative Wellness Membership Contract

This Membership Contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between LifeLab Integrative Wellness (“LifeLab”), headquartered at Zone 4, KAFD, Al Aqeeq District, Riyadh 13512, and the undersigned individual (“Member”). By signing this Contract, the Member agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies as outlined below.
1. Membership Plans
LifeLab offers four premium annual membership plans:
  1. Community Membership
  2. Essential Wellness Membership
  3. Vitality Membership
  4. Longevity Membership

Each plan is tiered and designed to meet specific wellness needs. Plan benefits are outlined at www.lifelab.bio/membership.
2. Membership Benefits
Benefits vary by plan and may include:
  1. Gym and fitness class access
  2. Small group training and personal training
  3. Wellness therapies (Infrared Sauna, Light Therapy, Cold Plunge)
  4. Nutrition and lifestyle coaching
  5. Mental health services and therapy
  6. Access to retreats, events, and exclusive facilities
  7. Guest Passes 
Note: Benefits may vary by location and are subject to availability. LifeLab reserves the right to update or modify offerings at any time.
3. Membership Fees
  1. Fees are annual and non-refundable, except as detailed in Section 6.
  2. Payment options: Upfront annual payment or monthly instalments.
  3. Fees are subject to VAT at prevailing rates.
  4. LifeLab reserves the right to increase membership fees by up to 10% annually to account for increased operational costs, innovations, and inflation.
4. Membership Term
  1. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

Membership auto-renews unless a cancellation notice is given as per Section 6.

5. Freeze Policy
  1. Members may freeze or pause their membership for a minimum of 7 consecutive days, up to a total of 30 days per 12-month membership term.
  2. The 12-month period in which you can use your 30 days of freeze time is calculated from the start date to the end date of your membership, not by the calendar year.

All freeze requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance and are subject to approval by LifeLab management. No retroactive freezes will be granted.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted under the following conditions:
  1. Cooling-Off Period: Full refund within 14 days of joining, less any used services.
  2. Medical Grounds: Must provide a certified medical letter. A pro-rated refund may be issued.
  3. Relocation: Must present valid proof of moving 50 km or more from the nearest LifeLab location.
  4. Violation of Terms: LifeLab reserves the right to terminate the membership without refund for misconduct, misuse of services, or breach of contract. 
All cancellations must be requested in writing and will be processed within 30 business days.
7. Guest Pass Policy
  1.  Members may invite guests to experience LifeLab, subject to their membership tier:
    • Community Membership – 4 guest passes/year
    • Essential Wellness Membership – 6 guest passes/year
    • Vitality Membership – 10 guest passes/year
    • Longevity Membership – 16 guest passes/year
  2. All guest visits must be pre-booked through the LifeLab mobile app or email (by sending an email to )
  3. Guest access is subject to approval and facility availability.
  4. Guests must always be accompanied by the Member. Unaccompanied guest access is not permitted.
  5. Guest passes are non-transferable and do not roll over into the next membership year.
  6. LifeLab does not offer additional guest passes for purchase once the annual allocation is exhausted.
8. Terms and Conditions of Use
8.1 Appointment Cancellations
  1. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a session.
  2. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
8.2 Validity and Expiry
  1. Membership duration begins upon activation.
  2. Unused sessions expire at the end of the membership year.
8.3 Booking Policy
  1. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. LifeLab is not liable for missed sessions due to unavailability.
  3. Members who fail to attend a booked class, session or facility resource without providing the required 24-hour notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the session will be deducted from their package/membership benefits or full payment will be charged, as applicable.
  4. Members who accumulate three (3) consecutive no-shows may have their booking privileges temporarily suspended for a period of 7 days. Continued misuse may result in longer suspensions or termination of access to certain services, at the discretion of LifeLab management.
8.4 Liability and Health Disclaimer
  1. Members engage in all activities at their own risk.
  2. LifeLab and its team are not liable for injuries or loss unless caused by proven gross negligence.
  3. Members are strongly encouraged to obtain medical clearance before starting any fitness or wellness program.
8.5 Non-Transferability
  1. Membership is non-transferable and non-shareable.
8.6 Code of Conduct
  1. Members must behave respectfully towards staff and other members.
  2. Harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination without refund.
  3. Privacy and Media Use Policy: To maintain the privacy, safety, and comfort of all LifeLab members and staff, the following rules apply within all LifeLab facilities and during LifeLab-hosted events:
    1. Members are strictly prohibited from photographing or recording videos of other members, guests, or LifeLab staff without their prior express consent.
    2. Unauthorised photography or video recording, especially in sensitive areas such as locker rooms, treatment areas, or private studios, is grounds for immediate disciplinary action, including membership termination without refund.
    3. LifeLab reserves the right to remove any individual found to be violating this policy and may pursue legal action where applicable under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8.7 Facility Rules
  1. Members must follow all safety, hygiene, and conduct rules as posted or communicated.
8.8 Technology Use
  1. Members agree to wear and sync required technology (e.g., wellness wearables) as part of personalised service delivery.
No fee adjustment will be made for members choosing not to use these technologies, as they support backend analytics and care coordination.
9. Membership Pre-Sale Purchase and Start Date

Members who purchase their membership during a pre-sale period acknowledge that the official membership start date will coincide with the grand opening of LifeLab’s facility at KAFD. While LifeLab endeavors to meet the announced opening date, Members understand that delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, the membership term will begin on the actual opening date, and LifeLab is not liable for any inconvenience caused by such delays.

10. Founding Member Benefits:

Founding Member benefits are exclusive perks granted to the first few individuals who sign up during the pre-sale period. These benefits are non-transferable and are automatically forfeited if the membership is canceled for any reason, including during the cooling-off period or under the cancellation terms outlined in this contract. Re-enrollment after cancellation does not reinstate Founding Member status or its associated benefits.

11. Reciprocal Access

Members will receive reciprocal access rights to other LifeLab locations as they open, subject to each facility’s capacity and availability. In addition, LifeLab may establish partnerships with other wellness brands, allowing Members limited access to select services at partner locations. Access privileges and terms may vary and are subject to change at the sole discretion of LifeLab and its partner brands.

12. Membership Upgrades or Modifications
    
  1. Upgrades can be requested at any time and are subject to availability.
  2. Downgrades are only processed at the end of the membership term.
  3. All changes must be formally approved and documented.
13. Media & Privacy
  1. Photography: LifeLab may use photos or videos for marketing unless members opt out in writing.
  2. Privacy: All data is handled according to Saudi data privacy laws and will not be shared without consent.
14. Limitations and Exclusions
LifeLab is not responsible for:
  1. Incidents outside of premises
  2. Loss or theft of personal belongings
  3. Temporary closure due to maintenance, renovations, or force majeure events (e.g., COVID-19)
15. Health and Medical Disclaimer
    
  1. Members must complete a health screening questionnaire prior to participation.
  2. LifeLab is not responsible for any injury, illness, or medical condition arising from use of its services.
  3. Members should consult their healthcare provider before beginning any wellness or fitness regimen.
16. Termination and Suspension
  1. LifeLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if a Member:
    1. Violates any term of this agreement.
    2. Fails to comply with staff instructions or facility rules.
    3. Damages LifeLab property or equipment.
  2. Memberships terminated for cause will not be refunded.
17. Breach of Contract
Any violation of this agreement (including failure to pay, breach of conduct, or misuse of membership) may result in:
  1. Suspension or cancellation of membership without refund
  2. Permanent ban from all LifeLab properties
  3. Legal action, if applicable
18. Facility Closures and Maintenance
  1. LifeLab may temporarily close facilities for repairs, maintenance, holidays, or events.
  2. Notice of such closures will be provided in advance where possible.
19. Communication and Updates
  1. All official communications will be sent to the email address or phone number provided by the Member.
  2. Members agree to receive notifications related to their membership, schedule, wellness programs, and essential updates.
20. Governing Law

This Contract is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be handled under Saudi jurisdiction.

21. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between LifeLab and the Member. No verbal agreements or representations shall be binding unless incorporated herein in writing.
