    Frequently asked questions

    What is the difference between Community Daytime and Community Anytime?

    Community Daytime is for access from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Community Anytime allows access during posted operating hours.

    Can Community Daytime members attend evening classes?

    No. Community Daytime members may only attend eligible classes that start and end within the daytime access window, unless LifeLab expressly includes them in a specific event invitation.

    Do Community memberships include Indigo access?

    No. Indigo access is not included for Community Daytime or Community Anytime.

    Can my spouse, parent or child use my membership?

    Dependent access is available only for eligible tiers and approved users, subject to LifeLab approval, signed agreements, age and safety restrictions, and shared benefit-pool rules. It is not a second separate membership.

    Is Longevity a medical programme?

    Longevity is a LifeLab wellness programme with clinical services delivered through licensed partners. LifeLab does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or guarantee medical outcomes. Clinical services are subject to physician review, consent and suitability.

    Can I buy Longevity online?

    No. Longevity Signature and Longevity Infinite are application-only and require a private consultation.

    Are benefits guaranteed forever at the same price?

    No. Membership benefits and pricing apply to the purchased term. Renewals, upgrades, downgrades, reactivations and future plan changes are subject to prevailing LifeLab rates and terms.

    Can I upgrade later?

    Yes. Members may upgrade subject to availability, approval and prevailing LifeLab terms.
