Bio: Asta is a passionate yoga instructor with over a decade of practice. A French native with impeccable fluency, she also speaks English and conversational Spanish and holds a master’s in communications. Trained in India, she completed a 500-hour TTC in Hatha & Ashtanga, studied under R. Sarawathi Jois and Srinatha ji, and deepened her journey with Vipassana and Singing Bowl Meditation. She holds a bachelor’s in Sports Science and NASM certification, and is an award-winning basketball referee and competitive 10K runner. At Lifelab, she motivates clients to reach their goals through a creative, results-driven approach to fitness.

Passion/Speciality: Zaneta is also a personal trainer specialising in postnatal and antenatal training. She guides expectant and new mothers through safe and effective workouts, helping them feel strong and energised. She enjoys going for walks and escaping into nature. She loves cooking and even more, eating delicious food.

Bio: Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Denika Burger—known to most as Dani—is a dedicated and driven fitness professional with a deep-rooted passion for sports and human performance. Although Afrikaans is her first language, Dani communicates fluently in English and prefers it as her primary language in professional settings.

Dani’s formal training began at ETA College, where she completed a Higher Certificate in Fitness in 2019. She further expanded her skill set with certifications in Sports Massage and Sports Conditioning, both completed by 2020. Her pursuit of excellence led her to earn additional qualifications, including Olympic Lifting and Group Exercise (GX) Training at Ignite Fitness, and most recently, internal courses in Kettlebell Training at Bfit and Pilates Reformer at Optimo in 2024.

A true athlete at heart, Dani thrives in environments that challenge both the body and mind. She has competed in numerous long-distance races and CrossFit competitions, proudly earning podium finishes. Her commitment to performance and resilience makes her a standout in the fitness community.

Now based in Riyadh, she combines a Master’s in Physical Rehabilitation, a Bachelor’s in Human Health, and global certifications in strength training, Pilates, yoga, and corrective exercise. Olga designs programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to every level—helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and find balance. Her holistic yet results-driven approach empowers people to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier, more confident lives.

Bio: Tim’s coaching journey has been shaped by a truly international path, from Australia to the Middle East. His passion for strength and conditioning deepened during his time in the Australian Defence Force, where functional fitness was essential for operational readiness.

Now in his 12th year in the industry, Tim combines extensive practical experience with strong academic foundations. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science, a Diploma of Nutrition, and certifications including PICP Level 2 Strength Coach, CrossFit Level 1, and Olympic Weightlifting. His career highlights include working as a Senior Trainer at Ultimate Performance, coaching at Sydney’s premier strength and conditioning gym, 98 Gym, and privately consulting for special forces members of the Australian Defence Force in performance training and nutrition.

Tim has been mentored by world-renowned leaders, including Olympian Dmitry Klokov and strength coach Charles Poliquin, as well as many other industry experts. These experiences shaped his philosophy that strength and conditioning should be accessible, practical, and built on relentless application.

Tim focuses on mentoring, educating, and developing the coaching team at LifeLab to deliver a world-class experience and industry-leading results for every client.
