The Executive Suite is a private, VIP training space with its own bathroom, shower, lockers/closet, and infrared sauna.
Advance booking via the LifeLab app, website, or concierge.
The only area within LifeLab where you may bring an external/third-party trainer or coach.
All external trainers must be pre-registered with LifeLab and may not train, coach, or solicit clients anywhere else in LifeLab.
Sessions start and end exactly at the times shown in your booking confirmation.
You must be fully out of the Executive Suite (training area, bathroom, shower, lockers, sauna) by the booked end time.
If you arrive late but within the first half of your booked session, your session still ends at the original end time.
If you arrive after half of the session has passed, your booking may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
