Cancellations

Clients may cancel any scheduled session with 24 hours’ notice. If Client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, Client shall be liable for the full Fee.

Validity

Each package is valid for the duration specified above. Package validity is effective from the date of purchase, not date of first use. Unutilized sessions will expire at the end of the validity period.

Booking

First-Come, First-Serve Basis: Each booking is allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking process is completed.

Non-Compensation for Unsecured Spots: Lifelab does not provide compensation if you are unable to secure a spot in any class due to availability limitations or failure to book in advance.

Liability Client shall be responsible for any injury sustained while engaging in the Services and hereby releases Trainer from any and all liability for any such injuries.

Assignment Each package is personal to the Client and may not be re-assigned to anyone else without the written consent of Trainer. Trainer shall have the right to assign the Services to another personal trainer without any liability
