1.Booking and Payment Terms
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking for the retreat.
- Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
- Prices listed are per person and include accommodations, meals, and retreat activities as outlined in the retreat package.
2. Cancellation Policy
- By booking the retreat, you agree to the cancellation policy as outlined:
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat start date will incur a SAR 500 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 30–59 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund or the option to transfer the booking.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.
- LifeLab reserves the right to cancel the retreat. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund, excluding any personal expenses incurred (e.g., flights, visas).
3. Participant Responsibility
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, visas, and health insurance as required.
- Participants are advised to consult a physician before attending the retreat to ensure they are fit for all activities.
4. Travel Insurance
- LifeLab strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, personal emergencies, or unexpected disruptions.
5. Liability and Health Disclaimer
- Participants agree to release LifeLab, its staff, and retreat partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat.
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements upon booking to ensure a safe and accommodating retreat experience.
6. Force Majeure
- LifeLab is not liable for retreat cancellation or postponement due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
- In such cases, participants will be offered a credit or reschedule option, as detailed in the cancellation policy.

8. Use of Personal Information
- By booking, participants consent to LifeLab’s use of their personal information for administrative purposes and communications related to the retreat.
- LifeLab will not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent.
9. Media and Photography
- Participants acknowledge that photographs or videos taken during the retreat may be used for LifeLab’s marketing and promotional purposes.
- If participants do not wish to appear in any media, they must inform LifeLab in writing prior to the retreat.
10. Refunds and Credits
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
- Credits issued for future retreats or services must be redeemed within 12 months from the original retreat date.
11. Accommodation and Facilities
- Room assignments are based on availability and preferences indicated during booking. LifeLab will strive to honor preferences but cannot guarantee specific room allocations.
- Guests are responsible for the care of their accommodations and facilities. Any damages caused may result in additional charges.
12. Amendments to Terms
- LifeLab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
13. Acceptance of Terms
- By purchasing the retreat, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
