Our intention for this retreat is to provide a sanctuary where you can nurture self-love, heal past wounds, and foster a profound connection to the earth. Through a carefully curated blend of activities, we aim to guide you in rediscovering the beauty and wisdom within yourself, cultivating a sense of groundedness, and embracing the innocence and joy of your inner child.

We have seven bungalows inspired by the seven energy centers of the human body (chakras), designed with Sacred Geometry and united by the path of the Kundalini.
We intend to help you explore your essence and achieve an encounter with yourself while you rest in your chosen room.
Each bungalow can accommodate up to * three people (two single beds and one double), equipped with chromotherapy in showers, aromatic oils, native flowers, chakra-colored crafting stones brought from 7 sacred
mountains, and crystals.

Your guide to the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness. With over a decade of personal practice, Asta is a passionate yoga instructor trained in India. She completed a rigorous 500-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC) in Hatha & Ashtanga in Rishikesh and pursued specialized trainings in Mysore at KPAJY, studying under R. Sarawathi Jois (Daughter of the Founder of Ashtanga) and Srinatha ji (Disciple of Iyengar). Asta’s journey also includes a 100-hour Vipassana course in Jaipur for silent meditation and a Singing Bowl Meditation course in Mysore with the renowned musician Sir Vinayak J. Devoted to her practice, Asta remains a perpetual student, dedicated to sharing the powerful tools of yoga for achieving holistic well-being in every session.
The retreat is limited to a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 participants to ensure a personalized and intimate experience.
Your package includes:
• Accommodation: Comfortable rooms with double beds, private bathrooms, and daily cleaning services.
• Meals: Daily breakfasts, lunches, and dinners prepared with local ingredients, catering to all dietary preferences (vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, non-vegan).
